1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services within Calgary and the surrounding areas. If you are located outside of our primary delivery zone, please contact us at beauchateau.xv@gmail.com to discuss possible delivery options.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery timeframe is typically within 1 day from the date of your order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and availability.
3. Delivery Charges
Local Delivery Fee: We offer local delivery within Calgary at a flat rate of $50, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Scheduling
Scheduling: Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. We will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
Delivery Windows: Our delivery team operates within designated time windows. Please ensure you are available during your scheduled delivery time to avoid rescheduling fees. 7 days a week | 6PM - 9PM
5. Delivery Process
Inspection: Please inspect your couch upon delivery. If you notice any damage or issues, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us at beauchateau.xv@gmail.com
Assistance: Our delivery team will assist with placing your couch in the desired location within your home. However, please ensure that the delivery path is clear of any obstacles to facilitate a smooth delivery process. A $25 charge may be applied.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: If you need to return or exchange your couch, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy available. Return shipping fees may apply based on the circumstances of the return.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with BC XV!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your couch, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns: You may return your couch within [3] days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within [3] days of delivery for items of equal or greater value. The exchanged item must be in new, unused condition.
2. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at beauchateau.xv@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be processed.
Condition: The couch must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Exchanges Process
Initiating an Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact us at beauchateau.xv@gmail.com to obtain an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). Exchanges without an EAN will not be processed.
Condition: The couch to be exchanged must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
Additional Costs: If the exchange involves a more expensive item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the exchange is for a less expensive item, we will provide a store credit for the difference.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [3] business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: Please inspect your couch upon delivery. If you find any damage or defects, notify us within [3] days of delivery.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund.
